Architecture is often understood through means of rooms and objects, yet the experience of space is informed by movement, anticipation, compression, and release. The proposal is embedded within a monumental landform, a slow descent through narrow passages connects a series of cavernous spherical chambers. Alternating between compression and expansion, darkness and light, the project choreographs movement through a carefully controlled series of spaces. Encouraging moments of pause, feelings of hurried circulation, and invitations to look up through framed fenustrations embedded in the roof. The journey culminates at a cantilevered viewing platform, where a framed horizon transforms the landscape into a final architectural room. Positioning the architecture as an instrument of perception, where meaning emerges through movement rather than program or occupation.
